Why Your Online Order is Safe and Secure
The Internet is one of the fastest and most convenient ways to shop. You can have complete confidence that shopping on-line with the New Mexico Public Lands Information Center is absolutely safe and secure.
All of your transactions are protected by our secure server, which is equipped with special software that encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address. This information CANNOT be read as it travels over the internet.

Pay by Check or Money Order
If you prefer not to send your credit card number over the Internet, you may choose to pay by check or money order. Simply fill out the order form and be sure to choose "pay by check or money order" in Step 6 of the form. Submit the form according to the onscreen instructions, then make out a check or money order for the final total and send it to us at the address below. Make it payable to PLIA. We'll send out your selections as soon as we receive your order online.

Returns and Refunds
Merchandise purchased from and fulfilled by Publiclands.org may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund as long as the items are in original condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.)
Items that have been used or damaged or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund at 50% of the itemís price. We charge a 15% re-stocking fee for returns of more than 10 items. BLM State Explorer CDs are non-returnable unless the CD was defective.
Refunds
We process returns and refunds for items only directly purchased from and fulfilled by Publiclands.org. If you need to return an item, please email fulfillment@plia.org or call our toll free number at 877-851-8946, or in New Mexico at 505-345-9498. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Generally, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase; however, we reserve the right to make exceptions when we deem it necessary. In most cases we'll issue a refund within 5 business days of our receiving your return; however, if paid by check or if in our opinion circumstances warrant it, it may take longer for you to receive the refund.
