Description: This trail leads along the south shore of Fish Lake. One way trip is about 8 miles, and is a very easy and scenic hike, with very little gain in elevation. If you are staying in the campgrounds or the lodge on the north shore of the lake, this makes a fantastic day hike.
Location: From the Fishlake Scenic Byway, turn south onto the jeep road just south of Fish Lake. The trail begins at the end of the road, and ends back at the byway at the northeast end of the lake.
Address: Fremont River Ranger District Fishlake National Forest 138 South Main PO Box 129 Loa, UT 84747 |
