Description: Clay Creek Campground contains 21 tent sites, and 2 group picnic shelters for up to 60 people. The shelters have a central fireplace. A softball field separates the shelters. Other facilities include a swimming beach, changing rooms, horseshoe pits and playground. The trailhead for the Clay Creek trail is across the Siuslaw River bridge.

Put-ins for the river downstream, along the Siuslaw River Road. No permit required to paddle the 6.5 mile river, with Class II - III rapids. Fishing for chinook salmon and steelhead in season, for all other fish the rest of the year. Catch and release on the anadromous species, except for fish with clipped adipose fins.
