Description: 7600 foot elevation. 19 dispersed campsites with trailhead hiking/horse riding access to the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness. Equestrians with horse trailers may camp at the southern end of the campground, near the trailhead. Fishing in Pacific Creek, or Mokelumne River which is adjacent to the campground. Useful as a good deer hunting camp(in the early season).

Location: From Altaville, go northeast on CA 4 to midway between Alpine Lake and Ebbetts Pass.
