On Friday, February 4th between 2 and 4pm MST, the New Mexico Public Lands Information Center (301 Dinosaur Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87508) will be hosting a book talk with photographer and author of the photo book "Hoodoo Badlands, New Mexico's Chaco Wash Landscape: the Bisti and Beyond."
STUART GELZER grew up in West Africa and India and wanted to be an archaeologist. Instead he’s been a screenwriter, a film editor, a drama teacher, and a singer specializing in folk music from the Republic of Georgia. Until recently he also taught film and photography at Highlands University in Las Vegas, NM. These days when he’s not out shooting he writes fiction and travel memoir, and translates French pulp novels. As a photographer he’s had solo shows and been featured in juried shows both in New Mexico and online. He lives in Santa Fe.stuartgelzerphotography.com
