Description: This section of the Green River is popular with wildlife enthusiasts who enjoy the many species of birds and small mammals who make this area their home. Elk and mule deer frequent the area, and kokanee salmon and trout inhabit the waters. This is cattle country- in the June, cowboys round up the thousands of cattle which graze in the area through the winter, and herd them together in what is called the "Green River Drift."
Location: From Pinedale, go 21 miles north on US 191 to Warren Bridge and turn right (north). Go two miles to campground.
