Description: Farragut Wildlife Management Area is nestled at the foot of the Bitterroot Range, bordering Lake Pend Oreille. The world-record kamloops (37 pounds) was caught in Lake Pend Oreille. The lake also provides rainbow trout, lake trout, perch, crappie, bass and whitefish. Rich wildlife viewing opportunties for songbirds, waterfowl, whitetail deer, wild turkeys, and snow-white mountain goats on the rock cliffs above Lake Pend Oreille.
