Description: 4 campsites by the shores of the high desert oases, Antelope Reservoir. A picnic area and boat ramp attracts boaters and anglers fishing for stocked sport trout, with some up to 18 inches long. Snowpack or wet road conditions may block access, please call for conditions.
Near the reservoir is the Soldier Creek Watchable Wildlife site, where you can take a self-guided loop drive and see all kinds of fauna native to the Great Basin desert, including antelope, sage grouse, coyotes, golden eagles, and badgers. A brochure is available at the Taylor Grasing Interpretive site, about 3 miles west on US 95. To take the tour, turn south on BLM Road 0-9939.
Location: From Jordan Valley, go 10 miles southwest on US 95, then one mile southeast on the BLM access road.
