Map covers the central portion of the Gallatin National Forest from the Yellowstone River east almost to the eastern boundary of Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness, and from Livingston south to Yellowstone National Park and Hwy 212 east to Beartooth Pass. Map includes a portion of Custer National Forest adjacent to the wilderness. Scenic driving on Hwy 212 from Red Lodge, the Beartooth Scenic Hwy, campgrounds are off of the highway, or travel Hwy 89 along the Yellowstone River with fishing sites marked. From Livingston or Big Timber access the forest roads for camping, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Official map is scaled at 1"=1 mile, includes topographic detail.
