Your order will typically be processed within 72 hours of purchase.
PLIA observes all federal holidays, any orders placed over federal holidays will be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been processed and has been transferred to the USPS or UPS for shipping.
Shipping estimates listed next to shipping rates, I.E. Priority or First Class Mail, reflect the transit time estimated by the postal service and do not include the time it takes to process and fulfill orders at our warehouse prior to being transferred to the post office.
