Celebrate Fort Craig Historic Site!
PLIA has been working diligently with the Bureau of Land Management - Socorro Office to create a brand-new virtual exhibit focusing on everyday life at Fort Craig in its heyday, and the events that made it a notable site in the settlement of New Mexico and the Civil War.
Join us at the fort on December 8th for a tour from 10am-12pm, and a celebration of the new display from 12-2pm. Live music and guest speakers will be featured.
Fort Craig Historic Site is located south of the town of San Antonio and the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge on NM-1.
